Nikki Watkins is a visionary strategist, servant leader, and advocate for equity with over two decades of experience across social work, law, and organizational leadership. As the founder of HopeWell Global, LLC, Nikki blends her deep commitment to community empowerment with a track record of helping nonprofits and small businesses grow, fund, and sustain mission-driven work.
From launching peacebuilding programs in Indiana to building grant-supported initiatives in Florida, Nikki’s passion lies in transforming potential into purpose. Through HopeWell Global, she has guided hundreds of organizations in securing funding, strengthening governance, and embracing growth with clarity and confidence.
Nikki passed the Florida bar exam in 2009, is a certified mediator, award-winning adjunct faculty member, and a proud mother who leads with grace, grit, and unwavering faith. Whether coaching a nonprofit board or training entrepreneurs, she brings wisdom, warmth, and strategic precision to every room.

Antiwonesha Johnson

Antiwonesha Johnson brings over a decade of client-centered leadership experience to her role as Grant Specialist at HopeWell Global. With a strong background in case management, justice administration, and nonprofit service systems, Antiwonesha excels at streamlining support for community-based organizations and small businesses. She holds a Master’s in Justice Administration and Crime Management from Bellevue University and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Florida International University.
Antiwonesha’s passion for advocacy and organizational efficiency makes her a vital member of the HopeWell team, where she helps ensure grant applications are thorough, timely, and aligned with funder priorities. Known for her precision, communication, and resourcefulness, Antiwonesha is committed to helping mission-driven entities access the funding and tools they need to grow.

Shiloh Donaldson
